Cubeletti were once prepared for the feast of Sant&#8217;Agata, on February 5th. A historic city pastry shop has been serving them since 1862 in the original shape and recipe. <br>Cubeletti have obtained the De.C.O. (traditional local product certification) in 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Curiosity: <\/strong>It seems that the name \u201ccubeletto\u201d was an ironic reference to the cap worn by the Austrian troops who occupied Liguria in the eighteenth century!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The sweet side of Rapallo!
